What is Train Your Brain? TM Exercise Samples
The Train Your Brain TM program was developed by neuropsychologist Paul Callaghan PsyD, to respond to memory changes that often emerge with aging.

Just as you can exercise your body to fight off the physical effects of aging, you can keep your brain stronger longer with selected mental exercises. The brain appears to retain the capacity to regenerate, reorganize, and "rewire" itself.
